Assam is rapidly emerging as a digital innovation hub in Northeast India, driven by visionary policies and proactive governance under the Digital Assam initiative. With a growing IT ecosystem, expanding digital infrastructure, and a strong focus on e-Governance, the state is positioning itself at the forefront of India's digital transformation.
To further accelerate this journey, Elets Technomedia, in collaboration with the Information Technology Department, Government of Assam, is organising the National Digital Innovation Summit 2025 on 5-6 December in Guwahati. The summit will provide a platform for policymakers, industry leaders, innovators, and technologists to deliberate on strategies to advance the state's digital progress.

Grenouille’s obsession with capturing the perfect scent leads him to commit a series of heinous crimes. He murders young women, extracting their scent glands to create an unparalleled perfume. The story raises questions about the nature of beauty, obsession, and the human condition. One of the primary themes of “El Perfume” is the concept of identity. Grenouille’s extraordinary sense of smell sets him apart from others, making him feel isolated and disconnected. His quest for the perfect scent becomes an attempt to find his own identity and connect with the world around him.
The Making of a Perfumer The film takes place in 18th-century France, where Grenouille is born with a unique gift - an incredibly sensitive nose. He can detect even the faintest scents, which makes him an outcast among his peers. Grenouille’s journey begins as an apprentice to a local perfumer, Madame Gaillard. However, his life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers that he can create the most exquisite perfumes by combining various scents.
