As with any project that tackles sensitive topics, “BlacksOnBlondes” has not been immune to controversy and criticism. Green acknowledges the challenges of navigating these waters but remains steadfast in her commitment to her artistic vision.

“I wanted to create something that would make people laugh but also think,” Green explains. “There’s a lot of noise out there, and I felt like there was a need for content that could bring people together, even if it’s just to poke fun at ourselves and the absurdities of life.”
