But it’s not always easy to get to this place. There have been times in my life when I’ve struggled with self-doubt and low self-esteem. There have been times when I’ve felt like I’m not good enough, like I’m not measuring up to societal standards. But as I’ve grown older and wiser, I’ve come to realize that those feelings are not only untrue, but also damaging.
