Extract the DEB package using the dpkg command:
cd /tmp/extracted rpmrebuild -b rpm-spec install deb package on fedora 17 user
To use the alien command, you need to install it first. You can do this by running the following command: Extract the DEB package using the dpkg command:
dpkg -x package.deb /tmp/extracted Replace package.deb with the name of your DEB package. install deb package on fedora 17 user
After converting the DEB package to RPM, you can install it using the rpm command:
sudo yum install rpmrebuild
